Gary Armbruster, AIA, ALEP

Gary Armbruster has been with MA+ Architecture for over 20 years, and is a Principal Architect responsible for educational facility design. He takes great care to accurately document project requirements and expectations and ensure they make it into design drawings, through construction documents, and into the finished product. As an Accredited Learning Environment Planner, Gary is trained to provide the most up to date knowledge for designing 21st Century Classrooms and is one of three in Oklahoma with the ALEP designation.

Heath Tate, AIA

Heath Tate is a Principal Architect who joined our team in 2000. Heath’s work encompasses a broad range of project types, including athletics, education, worship and civic projects. He is responsible for managing projects from design development through construction. He continues to work with clients after a project is complete to assist with the transition from construction to occupancy. Heath is a Licensed Architect and currently serves as the Chairman of the Academic Subcommittee for the Professional Advisory Board for the Division of Architecture at the University of Oklahoma’s College of Architecture.

Marcia Gallant, AIA, CDT, LEED AP

Marcia Gallant is a Senior Associate and Project Architect who is responsible for code review, construction documents and specifications. Marcia has been a valuable member of the MA+ Team for over a decade and has demonstrated an exceptional ability to use her technical and organizational talents to ensure our projects remain on schedule and meet our high quality requirements. Marcia is a Licensed Architect, LEED Accredited Professional and Construction Documents Technologist.

Justin Mitchell, AIA, NCARB

Justin Mitchell is an Associate with eight years of experience as Project Architect and is responsible for conceptual design, consultant coordination, document review and construction documents production and construction administration for his projects. Justin uses his technical, organizational and construction managerial talents to keep the project on schedule while producing a quality project.

Cathy Lynch, Associate AIA

Cathy Lynch is an Associate and Project Manager who has been with MA+ for over a decade. She has vast experience working with education clients and is involved in project design coordination, document checking, and construction administration. Her attention to detail and organization enables her to keep projects on schedule. Working closely with the client, consultants, and the design team, Cathy ensures your project is built properly and according to the design.
